DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Do you deliver all across Australia?
Yes, we sure do, though delivery times may vary depending in what area you may be residing in. Rural areas may take a bit longer to receive their packages than areas that are closer to a main city.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do deliver internationally.
Can I request a specific time for my package to arrive?
Unfortunately not. Our packages are sent from independent shipping centers and the arrival date of the packages will be determined by them.
How long will my gift take to reach the recipient?
All products will be shipped within 1-2 days from the time that we receive your order, and can take up to 14-35 days to arrive, depending on the size, weight and the nature of your order. Although this might be longer then what you are used to it is the only way we can deliver top quality product at such competitive prices.
If I order multiple items, will they come in one package?
That depends on whether the items you have ordered come from the same vendor, or if you have ordered from multiple vendors. If you have ordered items that come from differing vendors, then you will most likely receive all your packages separately, and at differing times.
Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes! Simply fill in the required address in the checkout and that package will be off to the relevant address. If you do decide to post the package to differing address then please make sure that someone is there to collect the package on the delivery date.
How are shipping prices calculated?
All shipping from Man Things is completely free.
My order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks?
Some orders may take longer than 3 weeks to reach their destinations, which can be caused by a number of things such as the postal services handling of the packages or the date from which the vendor has shipped the item. Most packages will have a tracking code assigned to them where you can follow the progress of your package.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Where do you source your products from?
To ensure top quality product at the best possible price we source our products worldwide. We do our best not to box ourselves in with products that can only be found in one specific area, which is reflected in the amount of time that it takes for a package to arrive.

How much time do I have to return an item?
All damaged or returnable items need to be returned within 10 working days of arrival at the final destination address.

How do I return an item?
To return an item, you will have to re-package and send the item to our postage address which can be received through asking at our 'Contact Us' page. If you do wish to return an item for whatever reason, then the costs that are associated with both the postage and the packaging will not be covered by us.
The product that I have ordered has arrived either damaged or broken, what do I do?
Please contact us and we can arrange to get you a new undamaged product as soon as possible. Depending on the product we might ask you to send us some picture evidence of the damaged product.
